Shipping & Return Policy
1. Order Processing & Delivery
Processing: We process your order as soon as it is placed.
Shipping Timeline: Orders are dispatched from our warehouse on the next working day following your order.
Delivery Time: The courier typically takes 3–8 working days to deliver.
Working Days: Our official working days are Sunday to Thursday.
Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods (new product launches, restocks, seasonal holidays, or special offers), delivery may experience slight delays.
2. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no changes or cancellations can be made. The customer is required to receive the order upon arrival.
3. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
Damaged or Wrong Items: We only accept returns or exchanges for products that are received damaged or sent incorrectly.
Hygiene Policy: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or smelled.
Try Before You Buy: With branches located across Oman, we encourage customers to visit us and experience our scents in person before placing an online order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders Procedure
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
You must receive the order from the courier first.
Email us at customer.service@bubblzzoman.com to request a return.
Replacement: We will send a replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.
Out of Stock: If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued once the damaged product is received back at our warehouse.
5. Condition of Items
For incorrect items received by mistake, we only accept returns or exchanges if the merchandise is in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
6. Notification Timeframe
Any request for a return or exchange must be made within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
7. Late Deliveries & Refunds
Late Orders: An order is considered late if it is shipped after 10 working days from the date of purchase.
Cancellation: In the event of a late order, you may request a cancellation by emailing: customer.service@bubblzzoman.com.
Refund Timeline: * Credit/Debit Card: Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned products (or evidence of return).
Non-delivered Items: Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your cancellation.
Visa/Mastercard: Specifically, bank refunds may take 10–14 days to reflect on your statement.
