Shipping & Return Policy
1. Order Processing & Delivery
Processing: We process your order as soon as it is placed.
Shipping Timeline: Orders are dispatched from our warehouse on the next working day from the date of purchase.
Delivery Duration: The courier typically takes 3–8 working days to deliver.
Working Hours: Our business days are Sunday to Thursday.
Peak Periods: During high-traffic times (new product launches, restocks, seasonal holidays, or special offers), delivery may be slightly delayed.
2. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no changes or cancellations can be made. The customer is required to receive the order upon delivery.
3. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
Criteria: We only accept returns or exchanges for products that are received damaged or sent incorrectly.
Hygiene Policy: Due to hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted after opening or smelling the product.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product after it has been shipped:
You must receive the order from the courier.
Send us an email to request a return.
Replacements: We will be responsible for sending a replacement, and the customer will not pay any shipping fees in this case.
Out of Stock: If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued once the damaged product is received back at our warehouse.
5. Refund Methods & Timelines
Visa/Credit Card: Refunds will be credited back to your card within 10–14 days.
Shipping Fees: Customers will not incur any shipping charges for refunds related to damaged or incorrect products.
6. Condition of Merchandise
In the event of an item sent by mistake, we only accept returns or exchanges if the merchandise is in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
7. Notification Period
You must contact us for a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
8. Late Deliveries
An order is considered “late” if it is shipped after 10 working days from the order date.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a late order, please email us at: customer.service@bubblzzoman.com.
Refund Processing: We will process the refund within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned products or receiving evidence of the return.
Non-delivery: If products were not delivered, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the day we were informed of your decision to cancel.
